Daniel Nowosad began his real estate career in Western Canada in 2014. In addition to
over 7 years as a professional real estate agent, Daniel holds a B.A with a major in
Economics. He continues to focus his energy on locating the ideal property, land or
commercial space to fulfill the needs of his clients.
Daniel has devoted a great deal of personal time as a volunteer on a number of boards
including Volunteer Bureau for Non Profit Organizations, PAARDS (Peace Agency
Riding for the Disabled Society) as well as the Rotary Club. In his spare time, Daniel

From high school math teacher to mortgage agent!
Having entered the industry from a background in business, education, and mathematics, I am excited to be able to continue my career with The Mortgage Advisors team! I have always had a strong desire to be able to help people and this new role is a wonderful opportunity to be able to continue to do so. Solving problems has always been a passion and a part of my job - I'm thrilled to be able to continue to do so!
I was raised in Mississauga and completed my B.Sc. in Atmospheric Science at York University. A move to Ottawa for my B.Ed. quickly turned into 14 years of running a small business and teaching high school mathematics. Several years then followed in Kelowna, B.C. where I taught skiing and worked as a Senior Accountant. I will be graduating from the MMT (Masters in Mathematics for Teachers) program at the University of Waterloo this spring of 2017.
